So what happens when you have big outdoor plans and it rains?

Answer: Everyone packs into an indoor space and everything happens inside. While this works and has worked for quite some time the results are never ideal and certainly not what everyone envisioned.

Since I approach wedding films as a two part objective where I 1. document the day and 2. tell the story of the couple's love, that doesn't limit me to just one day. You loved each other before the wedding and you'll continue to after so if it rains, don't panic, don't stress - let's go and shoot on a nice sunny day and incorporate thAT footage into your wedding film! That my friends is the rainy day promise.

If it rains and does not stop raining to the point where the imagery of YOUR FILM has the potential to be compromised I will go out and shoot a lifestyle session WITH you and your beloved to incorporate into the video at no additional charge.

Obviously this doesn't mean if it sprinkles in the morning and the rest of the day is gorgeous we go out and film another day, as stated before this pertains to those days where the sky will not quit crying.

TO ME, HAVING HAPPY COUPLES WHO LOVE THEIR WEDDING FILM IS WAY MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE PAYCHECK. IF YOU COMMISSION ME I WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY - IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT.

SO ONE RAINY WEDDING DAY I KNEW THE COUPLE WAS PRETTY BUMMED ABOUT IT RAINING ALL DAY ON THEIR WEDDING SO I EXTENDED an offer which now is my "rainy day promise." They were thrilled and I felt good knowing no matter what they are going to love their product. So I figured if I did it for one couple I should do it for them all.
